Westmoreland Construction Inc. of the Bronx, NY was the lowest of five bidders at $21,414,263.92 for highway sign structure replacements—various routes, in the Bronx and Queens in the City of New York.
Verde Electric Maintenance Corp. of Mount Vernon, NY was the lowest of five bidders at $969,452.00 for signal optimization—various locations in Dutchess, Orange and Westchester counties.
ECCO III Enterprises Lands Sludge Project at Yonkers Joint Water Plant
WHITE PLAINS—The Westchester County Department of Public Works recently reported that ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. of Yonkers, NY was the lowest of four bidders at $8,303,000.00 for primary sludge gravity thickener process improvements, mechanical rehabilitation of sludge thickeners at the Yonkers Joint Water Resource Recovery Facility, Yonkers, NY.
