HACKENSACK, NJ—Jason Newman was named president of J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., in May 2026. Prior to this promotion, he served as the company’s vice president of Construction Management. He has more than two decades of experience with the infrastructure construction firm.

J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., a nationally recognized infrastructure contractor, is consistently ranked among the ENR Top 400 Contractors. A longtime leader within the organization, Mr. Newman joined the company in 2002 after graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise across the company’s lines of business, with particular strength in underground utilities, trenchless technology and complex infrastructure project delivery.

“I’m proud that I’ve never worked anywhere else in my 24 years since graduating university,” Mr. Newman commented. “Solving problems together and working as a team, I am truly appreciative of everyone who has taken time to teach me something during my journey here.”

Prior to his recent appointment, Mr. Newman was responsible for the execution of all projects constructed and directly supervised the area managers that lead Creamer’s branches. He has helped to advance Creamer’s trenchless and rehabilitation capabilities, including spray-in-place pipe applications and other specialized infrastructure solutions, the company said in a statement.

“With his strong foundation in field execution, operational leadership and technical innovation, he leads the company with both hands-on and a full understanding of the business and a long-standing commitment to solving construction challenges,” the company added.

Mr. Newman and his wife, Michele, have two daughters. “When I find some time, I enjoy skiing and hiking and travel, especially to South Carolina to visit my parents,” he noted.
