Grace, Sullivan, H&L, Verde Secure DOT Projects in NYC/Hudson Valley

ALBANY—The New York State Department of Transportation recently announced the selection of seven apparent low bidders for projects in the New York City/Hudson Valley regions.

Grace Industries LLC of Melville, NY, was the lowest of six bidders at $25,928,264.50 for pavement preventive maintenance for I-287, Route 119 to Westchester Avenue at various locations in Westchester.

Sullivan County Paving & Construction of White Lake, NY, was the lowest of six bidders at $18,980,041.25 for pavement resurfacing on Route 17 in the towns of Goshen and Wallkill, and the Village of Goshen in Orange.

H&L Contracting LLC of Hauppauge, NY, was the lowest of three bidders at $8,322,570.96 for pavement preservation and crack sealing at various locations in New York City boroughs of the Bronx, Kings and Queens.

DD&N Contracting, LLC of Cortland, NY, was the lowest of three bidders at $1,135,534.40 for bridge washing/deck sealing at various locations in Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster and Westchester.

Cobleskill Stone Products Inc. of Cobleskill, NY, was the sole bidder at $463,993.75 for JOC Highway and Drainage Maintenance at various locations in Sullivan.

Oliveira Contracting Inc. of Albertson, NY, was the lowest of seven bidders at $17,698,409.00 for highway maintenance drainage/concrete work on I-95 and I-495 in New York City, Bronx and Queens.

Verde Electric Maintenance Corp. of Mount Vernon, NY was the sole bidder at $5,494,797.90 for traffic signal improvements on US 9W, NY 119, 117, 22, 100B at various locations in Rockland and Westchester.
