She is grateful for her 27 years of service to the City of New Rochelle and is proud to have worked with so many hard-working and dedicated City employees. We thank Kathleen for her service to the City of New Rochelle and wish her the best in her future endeavors. As we begin the search for her successor, the City of New Rochelle remains committed to a comprehensive and transparent search process to identify the next City Manager,” said New Rochelle Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert, who was elected in November.

The City of New Rochelle will enlist an executive search firm to conduct a nationwide search, with the process to retain the search firm to begin immediately. Pursuant to the City Charter, Deputy City Manager Adam Salgado will serve as acting city manager.
