New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Marie Therese Dominguez joined dozens of colleagues on May 1 to celebrate retiring Hudson Valley DOT Regional Director Lance MacMillan who stepped away in April after nearly 32 years of public service with DOT. He said transition to retirement is always bittersweet but he exits this chapter “with a deep appreciation of the incredibly talented people who have crossed my path throughout my career,” he said. “Thank you to all who have supported and challenged me along the way.”
